The new iTero Intraoral scanner is engineered to capture 6,000 images per second, using digital and laser impression. The 3D digital file is then used for various dental services including restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, digital dental records, orthodontic diagnosis and more.
Without the use of modeling material in your mouth, we can complete a full arch digital impression, in as little as 60 seconds, avoiding discomfort and minimizing the gag reflex.
iTero shows you the evolution of oral condition live on the screen. Our patients can see for themselves the changes in their tooth wear, tooth movement, and changes in gingiva over time.
This technology allows us to qualify oral changes and confirm your diagnoses using precisely measured and analyzed results from the digital scan comparisons. By scanning your mouth during your exam, we easily keep up with your dental history.
The Invisalign Outcome Simulator is a chairside application, powered exclusively by the iTero scanner, that doctors can use to help patients visualize how their teeth may look at the end of their Invisalign treatment. The dual view layout enables our patients to see their current dentition next to their simulated smile after treatment.
